Saturday Pre-Concert Dinners
 

Before each Saturday night performance of the Greater Bridgeport Symphony, the Holiday Inn Bridgeport and the Park City Grill will offer a spectacular pre-concert experience: a 3-course, Prix Fixe meal which includes a salad, choice of three entrées and a themed dessert for only $24,95 plus tip and tax. 

The menu for December will be:

Kartoffelpuffer
Potato Pancakes served with Apple Sauce

House salad
Fresh Garden Greens with choice of dressing

~ Hühnchen mit sauerkraut
Braised chicken breast in sauerkraut with barbeque sauce.

~ Gefüllte Garnelen
Stuffed shrimp with a seafood stuffing

~ Schweinshaxe
Pork Shank so tender that the meat falls off the bone

~ Wienerschnitzel
Breaded Veal sauteed and served with lingon berries.

All entrées served with potatoes and vegetable of the day.

Apfelstrudel
Apple strudel with whipped cream
Freshly brewed coffee and assorted teas
