This 80th season, the Greater Bridgeport Symphony proudly welcomes Eduardo Leandro as its new Music Director and Conductor, ushering in a bold new era. A dynamic percussionist and conductor, Eduardo specializes in infusing classical and romantic masterpieces with the fresh energy of contemporary “new” music, while illuminating modern compositions with timeless classical lyricism. His international experience spans Brazil, France, Italy, Switzerland, and beyond, and he's equally at home leading the New York New Music Ensemble.
Eduardo’s visionary leadership promises to redefine the symphony’s sound and spirit, blending tradition with innovation in powerful, unforgettable performances.
